KemisJewel sells rings, earrings, necklaces and bracelets across the UK. We moved the shop from an off-the-shelf store to a custom platform that the business fully controls, and we continue to develop and support it.

The challenge
The original off-the-shelf store had become slow and difficult to change, and its product options had been imported inconsistently. The owner needed a faster shop, cleaner catalogue data and practical tools for orders, dispatch and returns, without losing the search rankings and links built up over the years.
What we built
- A full migration to a custom platform, with redirects so old shop addresses still land on the right page.
- Product pages with swipeable galleries, colour swatches that switch photos, and fast-loading images.
- Shop filters for price, colour, material, stock and sale items, with endless scrolling.
- Dispatch tracking, order notifications and a guided returns and cancellation process.
- Owner tools for refunds and payment reconciliation, restocking, and bulk price and stock updates.
- Search-friendly structured data, shopping feeds, newsletter sign-up and verified-buyer reviews.
- Monitoring, alerts and verified backups, so problems are caught before customers notice them.
The result
